Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf resort  is a new resort by Polaris World located between La Torre Golf Resort and Mar Menor Golf Resort. It is an apartment only resort with most, if not all, of the properties having front line golf views. Las Terrazas has a superb 18 hole Nicklaus 'Desert Style' design golf course, large Spanish style town centre, clubhouse and sports facilities.

This is an 18-hole, par 72 desert-style course. Its main characteristics are undulating fairways and greens which run between desert style dunes, a lack of bunkers and a huge 6 hectare lake forms the focal point of this resort. The end of a round is exhilarating as both holes 9 and 18 run alongside the lake and may be the ruin of many a good scorecard!  The course opened late 2010 and is a beautiful layout - probably one of the best courses in the area.

Costs to play vary depending on season - residents get discounted rates from around 45-50 euros with twilight options from 30-35 euros. Annual memberships for residents are available.
